Frequently asked questions
The count looks wrong. What should I do? Counts produced by the app are estimates based on image recognition and can be inaccurate due to lighting, camera angle, overlapping pills, or visually similar items. Always verify the count before relying on it for dispensing, dosing, or inventory decisions — the app does not replace pharmacist verification.
Can the app identify which medication a pill is? No. The app does not identify medications, doses, or manufacturers. It only counts objects and flags appearance-level differences (such as color, shape, or size).
Where is my data stored? Images captured for counting are processed on your device and are not uploaded or retained. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed through your App Store / Google Play account. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple (or Google) as the billing party. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Play Store order history.
